Either sand smooth and recoat or remove and re-apply the coating. |

| SOLVENT ATTACK - Some coatings are too active chemically to topcoat
over the coating that presently exists on the floor. |
Mechanically or chemically remove the present coating and redo the
floor. |
Check the compatibility of the coating with the surface film prior to
application; if necessary, use a less aggressive coating
product. |
