Floor Epoxy Coating System

The owners of this commercial warehouse space wanted a cleaner, brighter more durable surface on the floor and walls.

After cleaning and etching the entire surface, U.S. Industrial Coatings applied two coats of 65% Solids Epoxy to the floor and the 4' concrete knee wall.

A total of 24,000 square feet of concrete was finished with using 140 gallons of 2-part U.S. Industrial coatings floor epoxy.

Using light grey semi-gloss epoxy coating had the added benefit of brightening the entire warehouse resulting in reduced lighting costs.

The floor is now resistant to oil, chemicals and water penetration, and will be easier to clean and maintain.
