Return Policy

Please read the following carefully as this policy applies to all orders placed through our online ordering system.

Changing or Canceling Orders

Customers can change quantities, add or delete items, or cancel an entire order using the My Account features of this website. Simply click "My Account", then click "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders" and follow onscreen instructions, (e.g.- To cancel an item, change the quantity to 0 [zero] and then click the Save Changes button). NOTE: You must be logged in with same user name and password as when order was placed to use My Account features.

If you are unable to access the online account area for any reason, orders placed before 10:00AM EST may be canceled by 5:00PM EST the same day and orders placed after 10:00AM EST may be canceled by 10:00AM EST the following day by contacting U.S. Industrial Coatings for a full, no hassle refund.

Defects / Errors / Shortages

U.S. Industrial Coatings strives to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible, and to deliver products free from manufacturer defect.

In instances where U.S. Industrial Coatings has; shipped the wrong product, or; shipped the wrong color product, or; shipped a defective product, or; failed to ship the quantity ordered, the following sections give specific instructions on how to return products or receive a full refund credit or replacement product;

  • 1). WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED - although this happens rarely, if U.S. Industrial Coatings ships the wrong product we will replace it with the correct product and pay return shipping on the incorrect items.

  • 2). WRONG COLOR PRODUCT SHIPPED - again, although this happens rarely, in situations where the product delivered is not the color customer has ordered, we will replace it with the correct color of same product in same quantity and pay return shipping on the incorrect items. Actual color of product may vary from online color depiction depending on computer display, lighting and other factors. U.S. Industrial Coatings standard colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • 3). DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - claims for items damaged in shipping must be registered with shipper upon receipt or within shipper's damaged item claim policy, (request info for your shipper before ordering). Claims for items that did not appear defective upon receipt but you believe are defective must be filed within 72 hours of receipt.

  • 4). PRODUCT SHORTAGE - No claim for product shortage will be accepted once product is received by customer. To make a claim of product shortage, all items on order must be weighed in and counted and shortage must be noted on shippers bill, countersigned by shipper.

Except as noted above, U.S. Industrial Coatings will not accept any product return, will not issue a refund or credit for any product purchased, nor provide any replacement for products purchased and all sales are final.
